Dear Parents,
Our children are growing up in a world very different from the one we knew. Screens compete for their attention from the moment they wake up, information arrives faster than they can absorb it, and the pressure of marks and competition begins at an age when they should simply be curious. In my sixteen years of working with children, I have seen bright, capable minds struggle — not because they lack intelligence, but because they have never been shown how to focus, how to stay calm, and how to use the full power of their brain.
Our education system trains mostly the logical left brain: reading, writing, memorising, calculating. The intuitive, creative right brain — the part that thinks in pictures, imagines, senses and feels — is often left untouched. Midbrain Activation brings both halves into balance. Through music, games, Brain Gym, meditation and relaxation, children learn to concentrate deeply, remember better, think creatively and believe in themselves. These are not extra skills; in today’s world, they are essential ones.
This is why I believe every child should experience this workshop at least once, ideally between the ages of 5 and 16, when the brain is most receptive. In just two joyful days, children discover that learning can be fun and that they are capable of far more than they imagined. I have watched shy children find their voice, restless children find their calm, and struggling students find their confidence — and that confidence stays with them long after the workshop ends.
But the benefits do not stop with the child. A child who is focused, emotionally balanced and confident becomes a calmer presence at home, a kinder friend at school and, one day, a more thoughtful citizen. When children learn to manage stress instead of being overwhelmed by it, families become happier. When they learn to think creatively, they grow into problem-solvers. I truly believe that nurturing balanced minds today is how we build a healthier, more compassionate and more capable society tomorrow.
Since 2011, I have had the privilege of guiding more than 17,000 students on this journey — एक सफर अध्यात्म से विज्ञान की ओर, a journey from spirituality to science. Every one of them has reminded me why I do this work. I warmly invite you to give your child this gift. Let us venture into the unseen together.
